Typical in the Third World, women are un-educated and at the mercy of sexual predators within and without their immediate family. Uneducated girls and women are dependent on men for their food, clothes and shelter. These men demand sexual favors in return. This sexual slavery continues in many ways through their adult life. Their only rescue is through education and empowerment through understanding their identity in Christ. Young men, brought up in the machismo culture, have no hope of escaping these generational curses themselves until they are taught the truth of God’s love. |
